adidas will soon launch its new All Day free fitness App for iOS and Android users.
The app will be split into four sections: movement, nutrition, mindset, and rest. Additional features will include a collection of written and video tutorials, which show you anything from workout sessions to healthy eating tips, sleep enhancing playlists from celebrity experts and you will be able to track distance covered and calories burnt throughout your day.
The app, which will be released to the public soon, and if you want to give the app a try before it launches, you can SIGN UP to experience a beta version in the coming months.
