Ryan Coogler will return as the as the writer and director for the Black Panther sequel.
Sources have told The Hollywood Reporter that Coogler has closed a deal to write and direct the sequel, expected to begin production in late 2019 or early 2020.
Black Panther killed it in the box office charts, and became the third biggest movie of all time domestically with over $665 million.
