On Valentine’s Day, Neflorist left many couples stranded and helpless with their gifts.
Netflorist is known for its speedy service in delivering gifts and flowers. But their service turnt out to be a disaster on Valentine’s Day, after many customers complained for not getting their delivers at all, late deliveries and most shocking – old looking roses.
Many customers went on to Twitter to express their frustrations and anger for such poor service:

They send shit flowers. Honestly they are the worst. I received half dead flowers, emailed them, they took the flowers and still came back with dead flowers

In this case it seems Netflorist took more orders than they could handle. On the day when many customers tried to call and enquire, they were left helpless.
