The idea behind Class Act is for raw talent from all over the country, that would otherwise never be discovered, to be showcased on national television. Last year ten guys received life changing opportunities and have since gone on to start great careers in the acting industry. This season what the viewers can look forward to most obviously is the inclusion of girls. Last year the show made it into the top 10 of most watched shows across all platforms. There is also a national callback audition to find the top 10 contestants.
