Over the past two months Channel O has brought you the number one Soweto boy Pro, as well as Guz legends, TKZee. This July it fuses Kwaito with Muthaland Crunk when Jozi hit the O Sessions stage on Thursday, 7 July at 19:00.
In this O Session we unearth the attributes of these two multi-talented artists as we delve into their solo careers. Da L.E.S starts it up with Tippy Toes, and sets the room ablaze with the party track, We On Fire, featuring Maggz. Ishmael takes us on a trip down memory lane to the days of Skeem. We Roba letheka with Ish into Amasango until he asks Waar was Jy.
As diverse as they are, together, they are a lethal combination as one of South Africa’s most talented pop groups that not only has the street cred, but also commercial appeal to put them on world stages with the best in the game. As Jozi, they perform tracks like Wildlife, Diva and Gotta Keep it Going. If there wasn’t an exclusive, it wouldn’t be Channel O. The duo treats fans to an exclusive performance of the track, Africans Worldwide, which is a tribute to the people of Africa.
