Open House Records is hosting the 2nd annual Kasi Music Workshop (K.M.W) on the 29th of October in Alexander aka Alex. This event offers a platform for all up and coming producers, djs, event management organizers, promoters and music lovers from all walks of life to share the knowledge and to receive new information from a panel of experts who are currently involved in all the important aspects of the music industry of South Africa.
Kasi Music Workshop returns once again after a huge successful and positive response from the public to last years event. Called Kasi Music Workshop because it is an initiative that began in the township, promises more guest speakers and equipment displays from software products to production equipment companies than last years event!
The workshop will cover a range topics such as:

-Mastering
-Events Management
-Legalalities Regarding Music
-DJ and production equipment

Kasi Music Workshop (K.M.W) hosted by Open House Records is led by Harold Raselabe, a co-founder of Open House Records and his team. Open House Records, a small independent label is based in Alex, north of Johannesburg which specializes in hosting events has gone to extensive measures to put the event together to ensure a successful and enjoyable event one more time for all who partake this year!
The K.M.W is based on the growth of the youth within the music industry and community of Alex and is promoting the bridging of the gap between the music industry and its business side by hosting events of this nature.
