A myriad of known and upcoming artists will be performing for a large crowd at Embalenhle stadium, in Secunda this Saturday, 08 October2011.
This will be the first ever spring festival hosted by Ikwekwezi FM which boost close to 2 million listeners and the majority of which are in Mpumalanga Province. The festival which goes by the name “dj’s @ Play” promise to start off at 6pm until the crowd is tired and it is tempting to mention that Zahara, the newly celebrated songbird will also be performing whilst Dj Cleo; Dj Clock; and Dj Choice to mention but a few will be doing their disks and sound tricks.
Ikwekwezi FM Marketing Manager, Tokologo Mokoena sees this as a great opportunity for brand awareness and building in the communities that listens and loves the station, especially in rural areas where entertainment of this caliber remains an unbelievable rumour. “I must say I am extremely excited that our very own Ikwekwezi FM DJ’s are going to have an opportunity to share stage and interact with the country’s celebrated names such as DJ Cleo, we are promising the community of Secunda and the surrounding areas a nighttime overflowing with interesting activity which comes live to them for FREE of charge”, she said.
Ikwekwezi FM’s very own Dj Bobo who does the 21h00-00h00 weekdays programme will also be entertaining the crowd with his very own creative twist of music mix.
