Quinton relishes in telling Hlelo and Ntando the surprise he has set-up for them and this causes the Twinz to instantly suffer from stomach cramps and later leads to bickering.
Seems like all is forgiven when Hlelo and Ntando arrive at the photo shoot, to strike a pose in fabulous designer wear, for the cover of Fairlady Magazine. After the stress of the surprise and hours of striking a pose the Twinz are in need of some relaxation and in true Twinz fashion, shopping is the choice of relaxation…lingerie shopping this time, where the Twinz have some girly fun trying on sexy lingerie.
Ntando reluctantly agrees to go with Hlelo to a consultation with a surgeon and makes it clear that she doesn’t support Hlelo’s decision.
