The chart topping hits are sure to get the crowds moving in rhythmic joy during the forthcoming Amstel Golden Hour. The Macufe Cultural Festival on October 13th provides the backdrop for the show, and Bloemfontein can look forward to an audio visual feast which is best complemented by the sultry sounds that define Zonke.
Zonke, who describes her music as Neo Soul, is not only an acclaimed musician, but also one of a very select few female musicians worldwide to produce her own album. This musical genius together with a world class stage and lighting production is sure to have fans enthralled when the Amstel Golden Hour featuring Zonke arrives in Bloemfontein this October.
Born and raised in the Eastern Cape just outside Port Elizabeth, music became a part of her life from a very young age. Her father, an accomplished drummer often held rehearsals and jam sessions at home, and it was this very background that drove her passion for music. This love for her craft will electrify the fans when she performs during the 13th edition of the acclaimed Amstel Golden Hour series of performances.
