Important things you need to prepare for your audition:
PERSONAL INTRO
In your personal intro, include all of the following info in a short, punchy, informative way.
Introduce yourself and include your name, age and why you want to be a presenter?
From this intro we will need to see WHO YOU ARE, what you’re about, your personality and your style. Remember we are only interested in the REAL YOU – no fakes, wannabe’s, American-isms, no inflated egos, or rapper hand gestures (seriously).
SCRIPT
Time to show us if you can crack it. Being a Hectic presenter is not just about being a parrot repeating some words… you are required to research topics, form your own opinions, be intelligent and articulate, and deliver content that’s entertaining and TRUE. For this audition you will need to research the following topic, and tell us about it in a fun, engaging, informal way. We want to see how you interpret information. Don’t be boring, and don’t take forever to get your point across. You have 1 minute, give or take.
This is your brief:
The topic of the month is “green teen”. You need to deliver some ideas on what it means to be a “green teen” – encompassing the environment, why we need to preserve it, small things YOU can do to make a difference?
Please keep it short and to the point – 1 min in duration maximum. Include any languages in your script if possible.

If you think you have what it takes, join us on 24 November and show us what you’ve got.
You must come prepared so get ready and we’ll see you there!
