A NEW SABC schedule is coming to the three of the SABC’s TV channels in 2013 due to ‘AFCON 2013’ starting in January 2013.
From 19 January 2013 huge programming disruption will hit viewers on (SABC1, SABC2 and SABC3) on the day-to-day schedules between 16:30 and midnight.
SABC1 will be broadcasting 29 AFCON 2013 matches, and it’s soapies The Bold and the Beautiful and Generations will move to SABC2, with Isidingo on SABC3 on a new timeslot 21:30 at the end of January.
NEW SCHEDULE CHANGES:
– The Bold and the Beautiful moving to SABC2 at 18:00.
– SABC1’s Xhosa/Zulu News moving to SABC2 at 19:30.
– Siswati/Ndebele News moving from SABC1 to SABC2 at 17:30.
– Generations moving from from SABC1 to SABC2 remains in its current 20:00 timeslot.
– SABC1 dramas: Montana, Zone 14, and Tshisa will move to SABC2.
– Real Goboza moving to SABC2 on a new timeslot at 17:30;
– Friends Like These moving to SABC2 on a new timeslot fo 18:30.
– SABC3 will broadcast four Afcon 2013 soccer matches, which will move its daily soap Isidingo to a new timeslot of 21:30 from 28 January.
The Bold and the Beautiful start at 18:00, followed by 7de Laan, then the Afrikaans news at 19:30 and then Generations at 20:00.
