Metro FM’s Azania Mosaka (formerly Ndoro) will be leaving the station end of April 2013. Azania who hosts the Total Bliss (9am -noon slot) broke the news yesterday on the Show’s Facebook page (Total Bliss Metro FM).
Reality is sinking in. My last wednesday on Metro FM *Crying*. In case you haven’t heard the news…I’m leaving Metro FM at the end on April to explore other opportunities in the big wide world. It wasn’t a decision taken lightly because I love this brand, the listeners and what I do. It took weeks of careful consideration. Its a painful countdown to 30 April 2013.
But life is about growth, deepening our understanding of ourselves and maximising our experience on this earth. I look forward to stretching and challenging myself in the opportunities that await. From my heart to yours…Lots of Love. Thank you. Azania
We are not aware who will be on her slot from next month, as rumours apply that Dineo Ranaka who’s coming back to the radio scene might take-over.
Azania joined Metro FM as a producer for Glen Lewis’ show The Ride. From working on The Ride she moved to presenting Midnight Oasis, putting her time in during the dark hours of the night.
Before long, she earned her the attention of her bosses who gave her first the drive time slot (Route 326) and then the breakfast slot – The Sound of Breakfast. After that she was promoted to the 9-12 slot, hosting Total Bliss.
