With much anticipation for the biggest musical platform in the country. Idols SA will be back on your screens from from 21 July 2013.
Yolisa Phahle, M-Net’s Director for Local General Entertainment Channels, of which Mzansi Magic forms part, said, “Idols is the biggest musical platform in the country.
“It is about becoming a household name, being mentored by the biggest artists and the opportunity to hone skills. Aside from the winners, Lloyd Cele and Graeme Watkins are fantastic examples of contestants who have made it big”.
The show, now in its ninth season kicked started the auditions from February in Cape Town, Durban, Soweto and Johannesburg. After producing singers such as, Elvis Blue, Lloyd Cele, Khaya Mthethwa as well as Alberton’s Tshidi Tenyane, now the search is on for the 9th winner from July.
