The world’s highest-paid athlete and one of the greatest boxers “Floyd Mayweather” will be visiting South Africa this November.
Mayweather has been invited to the SA Sports Awards taking place on Sunday, 17 November 2013 at Sun City, Minister of Sport and Recreation Fikile Mbalula has confirmed.
“We’ve invited Floyd and Usain Bolt and the response from Mayweather has been a positive and promising one,” said Mbalula.
“We’re finalising everything but Floyd has indicated that he wouldn’t just come to the country without doing development work.”
