Big Concerts hits Top 20

Big Concerts has announced that it has been placed number 16 in Pollstar’s Top 20 Promoters Worldwide for the first quarter of 2014. In the beginning of 2014, the promoter brought Bryan Adams, Bruce Springsteen, Nitro Circus Live and Carlos Santana to perform in South Africa

Coming up next is Thirty Seconds to Mars who will be electrifying audiences in Cape Town on Friday, 13 June at the Grand Arena, GrandWest, and on Monday, 16 June at the Coca-Cola Dome, Joburg, as well as five-times world number one DJ Armin van Buuren’s six-hour Armin Only Intense World Tour for one night only at the Coca-Cola Dome on Saturday, 14 June. Also recently announced is smash hit America rock band The Fray who will be performing in Joburg on 19 September at the Coca-Cola Dome and Cape Town on 20 September at the Grand Arena, GrandWest for the first time.

CEO Attie Van Wyk commented: ‘”In the month of May we are planning announcements for some big international shows and amongst these shows will be one of the biggest stadium shows to hit our shores.”

Tickets for all the concerts are on sale now from Computicket and www.bigconcerts.co.za.
