SABC1 Mzansi Fo Sho, will present to its viewers a brand new exiting dating show called Take Me Out which will be hosted by Phat Joe. Starting in the month of July 2014, the show will occupy the 21h00 timeslot on Tuesday night.
The dating show proved to be a success in the UK and in Australia where the original concept was birthed. Mzansi viewers should brace themselves for what promises to be a whole new level of entertaining television experience full of fun and romance.
“Dating is a major part of our viewers’ lives and South Africans have not experienced dating in the way that “Take Me Out” presents. It’s new, it’s the first for South Africa and it’s a lot of fun. Shows Format
A single male will do his best to impress a line-up of 30 single female participants. Unimpressed females will turn their white lights to red. His aim is to convince as many female participants to keep their white lights on. 3 rounds of eliminations will determine whether the male participant selects 1 to go out on a date with or whether he will leave the show empty-handed.
