It is always awesome to know a few facts about things or people that interest you; well it’s not a secret that Gareth Cliff has been talk of the town in the past few weeks! Let’s put it as started from the bottom…. Read on!
Born 8th August 1977, Gareth Cliff is a radio Dj/producer, a director at One on One and a presenter on idols since 2003.
1) Cliff started his radio career at radio TUKS from 1996-1998, moved to 702 Talk Radio from 2001-2003 and later worked at 5FM from 2003-2014 April.
2) Gareth was fired at Radio TUKS for doing outrageous things on air, no surprise there.
3) Gareth also hosted a 13-part television talk show on M-Net during the prime time slot.
4) Gareth has started an online streaming radio station that is sponsored by WeChat.
5) Cliff is the only radio/TV presenter with 639k twitter followers, second largest in SA, following Trevor Noah.
It seems as though Mr Cliff is aiming to make his mark in multimedia broadcast, well it is quite clear that he has started, since he was and still is talk of the town!
