In it’s short existence Cashtime Life has been fortunate to get support from all corners of the country and we understands that the importance of giving back and using our voices and influence to work towards positive social cohesion and change. As a result we have decided to launch the annual ‘67 Minutes of Cashtime Life’.
‘67 Minutes of Cashtime Life’ is a benefit show that will be held on Mandela Day, the event will feature a once off 67 minutes long performance by Cashtime Life artists K.O, Ma-E, KiD X and Maggz. The event will also feature Cashtime Life’s DJ Vigilante and Thee Gobbs each playing a 67 minutes long set. The event will be held at Zone 6 venue in Diepkloof, Soweto. Doors
For us there is no better day than Mandela Day to hold this event as the day’s overarching objective is to inspire individuals like us to take action to help change the world for the better and in the spirit of Mandela Day we have decided to use our strength and leverage the power of music as a passion point to host a event whose entire proceeds will be given to Compass.
Compass is an NGO that cares for approximately 102 babies and children, from newly born babies to 17 year olds who are terminally ill and from abused, abandoned, impoverished and previously disadvantaged backgrounds.
