We are just counting hours now before the debut of the so much anticipated music talent show – X factor SA. The show was created by Simon Cowell and originates in the United Kingdom, where it made a blew and became so popular to its audience. And now it’s Mzansi’s turn to get the experience , all thanks to Rapid Blue, SABC1 in association with KZN Economic Development & Tourism.
The show will premiere on Saturday, 6 September @ 18h00 via Mzansi Fo SHo – SABC 1. What will keep viewers interesting is the first debut of the show, ofcourse we’ve never seen it local and to get the situation more exciting we got Mzansi musos on the judging panel, who are totally different characters : Oskido, Zonke Dikana and Arno Carstens. Andile Ncube will be host of the show. This is a grand and perfect selection to kick start any debut show Oskido is known for his music knowledge and knows great talent when he sees one. Zonke Dikana, there had to be a feminine touch on the panel, you can’t ignore Zonke’s musical journey , experience and wisdom as one of Mzansi’s highly respected Jazz, Afro Pop Singer & Songwriter. Both Oskido and Zonke have had a good relationship in the music business with Zonke been an artist of Oskido’s record label – Kalawa Jazmee, so this will pave a way to easy working relationship on the show. And lastly it’s Arno Carstens – he has explored the music industry from different styles of music and colllaborating with different artists. He perfectly brings a different character to the panel, which is very relevant to help the show. The three will embark on a journey to discover amazing local talent.
