Security will be tight at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban on Saturday. The stadium will be packed for the MTN8 final between Soweto giants Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs.
Both teams arrived in Durban Friday afternoon. They were welcomed by hundreds of fans at King Shaka International Airport.
Meanwhile at the venue, workers were preparing the stadium for the grand finale. Security has been tightened; the safety of spectators a priority.
Ethekwini Metro police spokesperson, Eugene Msomi says: “All our plans are in place, we have about 400 police officers that will be deployed tomorrow (Saturday) just to make sure that people behave themselves. What we can tell people is that they must work with us. ”
Fans from all over the country are streaming into Durban.
