The Nike Air More Uptempo is set to release next year (in 2016), arguably the greatest sneaker associated with Scottie Pippen.
Launched back in 1996 and worn by Scottie Pippen and seemingly every 7th grader at Jackson Middle School (what up, Jaguars!), the shoe resonates immediately with folks of a certain generation, thanks to that instantly-recognizable “AIR” script built into each side of the leather upper in massive, bold font.
In 2016, it’ll mark its 20th anniversary with an always-welcome retro, comprising at least two colorways: The classic black-and-white edition, and a new lighter and brighter Bulls-inspired colorway.
