Vin Diesel announced on his Facebook page that the ‘Fast and Furious’ film series will end after the 10th installment. With 3 more to go, Furious 8 will release on 14 April in 2017 and will includes cast such as ‘The Rock’Dwayne Johnson, Kurt Russell and more. Their 2015 installment ‘Furious 7’ has so far grossed more than $1.5 billion after debuting on April.
Universal Studios chairman Donna Langley declared last year the long-lasting franchise still has profit potential, but they have to be careful in order to avoid ‘fatigue’.
