After surprising rumours that award-winning Kwaito group, Big Nuz is leaving DJ Tira’s stable AFROTAINMENT, the record has been set straight.
AFROTAINMENT released a statement to dismiss the rumours ‘We were a family in the beginning. We are a family now and we will stay a family until the casket drops,’ statement revealed. In another interview with The Juice, DJ Tira revealed that he is not aware of such ‘Big Nuz have not made me aware of their intentions to leave the group,” Tira od The Juice.
‘We do not work with contracts. If anyone wants to leave they are free to leave, it is not a matter of contract,’ Tira said.
The stable has also further revealed that they are currently cooking Naak MusiQ and Joocy 2016 albums with Big Nuz’s to follow in December.

Although we would not normally entertain street rumors aimed at defaming us you can only take so much as you watch someone drag your name in the mud.
Over the past 8years we have grown from strength to strength due to the commitment, sweat and tears we shared as young black and gifted individuals. Our ethos at Afro is based on family. We were a family in the beginning. We are a family now and we will stay a family until the casket drops. It is this very ethos that makes us a unique and successful business and it is this very ethos that has kept us together. Whilst we are not obligated to share what we do with our profits to anyone, we cannot continue to watch as lie after lie after lie is entertained at our expense. Yes we have contracts but we work as a partnership so as to allow individuals signed to the company to grow, hence Mampintsha, Danger, Cndo etc have grown into successful entrepreneurs outside of music. So wena Senzo / Dj Gwe okokuqala we are NOT “Afro Entertainment” we are AFROTAINMENT. Big Nuz houses are not under Afro they are under their name. Along with the cars, the businesses they own. Its been an awesome 8 years doing business nama Nuz amahle, and the best is yet to come.
As we enter into 2016 we continue doing it for the fans…we are busy recording with Naak MusiQ and Joocy, albums to be released soon. Then we will prepare for the big December release which will be a stable effort….so wait for the music listen to the rhythm and dance to the beat…we are EZASEAFRO
