Exciting news to BMW i8 fans and customers…Well BMW has unveiled the model in new bold red color ‘Protonic Red,’ expect to debut at the Geneva Auto Show.
This model comes in full body treatment in red and frozen grey metallic for parts of the car’s trim. More sexier the red also goes in the interior on the double-stitching within the cabin to give the car a complete bold look. There are no mechanical upgrades on this model, however do note this model will be available in a limited edition, expected to hit production from July. Whether or not it will be offered in South Africa is anyone’s guess at this point.
