Swedish retail group H&M introduced their brand to Mzansi last year with opening two major retail stores at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town in October, and in Sandton in November.
Now there are more stores expected to launch in Joburg this year. On 19 March H&M opened a store at Mall of the South, another store will open this month in Clearwater Mall, then another will open on 28 April at the newest Mall of Africa located in Midrand.
And additional three will be opening later in the year, but at this stage locations have not been revealed to public. Talk in the market has revealed that there can be about 25 stores expected to open in Mzansi within 18 months.
