Streaming service; Netflix has scooped rights to air the upcoming new episodes of ‘Top Gear’ hosted by Chris Evans.
Ted Sarandos who is the company’s Chief content officer, revealed the news to BuzzFeed that Netflix will stream Chris Evans’ version of the show, falling under the same deals of international distribution as the existing Top Gear (Clarkson, Hammond,May). Currently Netflix streams older episodes of BBC’s Top Gear.
The new episodes are expected to start streaming in May in UK, while it’s not confirmed when they be available internationally.
