Good news to all fans of comedy/drama film – Barbershop! The third instalment of the film ‘Barbershop 3: The Next Cut’ will arrive in local cinemas this week. ‘Barbershop 3: The Next Cut’ continues the story of Calvin (Ice Cube) and the employees of his barbershop in the south side of Chicago, but there is more at stake for the shop as gang violence threatens to take over the neighbourhood.

‘The Best Man’ helmer Malcolm D. Lee returns to direct the third installment, which is distributed by Warner Bros. New cast to appear on this one includes Common. On the third installment Terri (Eve) finds a husband , but there doesn’t seem to be any relief for her with cheating men. Nicki Minaj will play Terri’s archrival in the shop. The two are reportedly warring over Terri’s husband played by Common.
‘Barbershop 3: The Next Cut’ comes a decade after Ice Cube started ‘Barbershop’ film. The first one screened in 2002 followe by a sequel ‘Barbershop 2: Back in Business,’ in 2004.
