SABC COO Hlaudi Motsoeneng has blew the horn during an interview to say without SABC there is no AKA. Is that foreal? Would AKA have no successful music career without SABC? What about other platforms apart from SABC?
Earlier this morning, Motsoeneng had an interview on Morning Live with Leanne Manas, and had it tough when the viewers of the show were talking all about AKA’s performance which was scheduled to be part of the show. Seems no one cared about all he had to say and just wanted AKA.
Leanne: “It seems people are too excited that AKA’s coming to visit us. I don’t know guys, I don’t know if you can compare to AKA at this point. It looks like that’s all they want to talk about.”
Hlaudi: “They know the singer because of the SABC. Without SABC there is no AKA so I think it is important to highlight that.”
