For now we know you’re all ready missing Game of Thrones which ended with season 6 last month and expected to continue with season 7 late next year. Worry no more, we have put together 5 of the hottest shows that we think you should be glued-on by now:
POWER Season 3
Starts: 17 July
Tommy and Ghost are back and this time they’re enemies. POWER season 3 is set to premiere on Sunday, 17 July 2016 presenting ten hour-long episodes. Season 3 finds James ‘Ghost’ St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick) at odds with everyone including his former partner and brother Tommy Egan, he’s out of the drug game, and in a rekindled relationship with his first love, Angela.
Idols SA Season 12
Starts: 17 July
Good news to the fans of Idols SA, the fun, the talent, the wooden mic moment are back! Yes you heard that right, Season 12 of Idols SA hits our screens exclusively on Mzansi Magic, from Sunday 17 July 2016 at 17:00. As the countdown to the new season edges closer and closer, Idols enthusiasts are going to be thrilled when the revamped grand dame of Mzansi’s music talent shows is revealed.
The show will still be under the judgement of the usual suspects; Randall Abrahams, Unathi Msengana, Gareth Cliff, Somizi Mhlongo and Proverb will be your host.
Ray Donovan Season 4
Started: 26 June
The new season premiered weeks back (26 June) via Showtime and over the internet. On the news season; Ray is trying to reconnect with his family and repair his relationship with Bridget. As he tries to reconcile past trauma with the guidance of Father Romero, he meets a professional boxer and fellow abuse survivor. Bunchy and Teresa face impending parenthood together.
Mr. Robot’ Season 2
Started: 13 July
USA Network just premiered Season 2 of the award-winning series – Mr. Robot fitted with 10 episodes.
Mr. Robot follows Elliot Alderson (Rami Malek), a young cyber-security engineer who becomes involved in the underground hacker group fsociety, after being recruited by their mysterious leader (Christian Slater). Following the events of fsociety’s 5/9 hack on multi-national company Evil Corp, the second season will explore the consequences of that attack as well as the illusion of control.
‘Suits’ Season 6
Started on : 14 July
The wait is finally over! USA Network hit series; Suits returns for its sixth season this Thursday , 14 July.
Avid fans have been waiting patiently since season five’s shocking finale: the one that saw Mike Ross sacrificing everything he’s loved and worked for to save his friends by accepting a plea deal and going to prison.
The sixth season starts right where we left Mike, only now he’s confronting the harsh realities of prison life while still coming to terms with his two-year sentence. The sixth season will also see what remains of Pearson Specter Litt attempt to rebuild, but the firm’s troubles are far from over especially when they’re still in the eye of the storm of Mike’s very public admission of guilt.
