According to EFF leader; Julius Malema, Mabala Noise Entetrainment new artists have each received over a whooping R5 Million after signing to the label.
This was revealed at the EFF Media briefing which took place at IEC Results Centre. Malema said the Mabala Noise Entertainment company is a front for money laundering from Department of Water Affairs through tenders and claims all rappers from the company are paid R5 Million each.
Mabala Noise surprised many when it signed Riky Rick then later went for over 10 artists/ media personalities which included Nasty C, DJ , Major League DJz, Gigi Lamayne, Khanyi Mbau, Mbali Nkosi, Letoya Makhene and more.
“Investigate Mabala Noise,” said a fired-up Malema, who claimed that Nkabinde “receives money from Water and Sanitation” and injects it into his music business.
“It’s a scheme, it’s racketeering,” said Malema, who accused Mokonyane of funding Nkabinde’s business. He claimed that the money was used for the new young artists under Nkabinde’s record label to receive R5 million after signing with the company “to go and do the dabbing (a popular hip hop-inspired dance) to the ANC. Five million!”
