Major League Gardens (17 September)

The 2016 second edition of Major League Gardens Social Festival kicks off at bigger venue; FNB Stadium on 17 September, featuring SA’s hottest acts; Riky Rick, Emtee, Nasty C, DJ Tira, DJ Shimza, Babes Wodumo, Black Motion and more.
Spring Fiesta (01 October)

Super exciting Spring Fiesta; is back for 2016 at the usual venue Wild Waters (Boksburg) on 01 October.
AKA, alongside Riky Rick & Kwesta will be the first Hip Hop artists to feature on the festivalโs Main Stage. More acts to perform at this year’s festival includes; Monique Bingham (US), Babes Wodumo, Boom Shaka, Mobi Dixon, DJ Kent, Mi Casa, Kwesta and more.
Joburg Day (Huawei Joburg Day 2016)- 03 September

3 September 2016 at Crocodile Creek Polo Estate; The day Joburg has been waiting for. The stage where SAโs hottest lineup wants to play. The party where Joburg jols at full blast. Itโs Huawei Joburg Day 2016. Featuring Mi Casa, Matthew Mole, Kwesta, Timo ODV, GoodLuck, DJ Kent, Kyle and Shekinah, AKA, Black Coffee, DJ Euphonik and Nasty C. Itโs going down. Saturday 3 September.
Braam Beach Party (Superbalist In the City) – 08 October

On Saturday 8 October cultural melting pot Braamfontein will transform into a tropical beach in the centre of town for the Virgin Mobile Braam Beach Party. Complete with beach sand and palm trees, party goers can make the most of summer in the city โ come dressed in your summer outfits. SAโs best house and urban acts will take to the stage to spin lyrics and turn tables while the sun sets over Nelson Mandela Bridge. Artist lineup features; Riky Rick, AKA, Atjazz, DJ Tira, Stilo Magolide, Shekhinah & more
In the City Concert (Superbalist In the City) – 09 October

The pinnacle of the weekend remains the Superbalist In The City Concert set in the heart of Jozi parks, Emmarentia Dam on Sunday 9 October.
Beardyman, Foster the People and Mac Miller will be holding it down on stage.
Standard Bank Joy of Jazz (15 – 17 September)

The 2016 Standard Bank Joy of Jazz Festival will bring a jam-packed lineup of both local and international acts on one stage.
This yearโs lineup presents heavyweights acts; Bob James, Josรฉ James, Houston Person, Kendrick Scott and Kahil ElโZabar, who will join SA luminaries Jonathan Butler and Sibongile Khumalo at Joburgโs Sandton Convention Centre from 15 to 17 September, 2016.
Joburg Live Loud (10 September)

Happening at Marks Park in Emmarentia on Saturday, 10 September; Live acts performing at Joburg Live Loud this year includes the full caliber of 5FM DJs like DJ Fresh, Euphonik, and Roger Goode and proudly South African acts like the 5FM Ultimix resident and award-winning Black Coffee, Emtee, AKA and Locnville.
Cassper Nyovest – #FillUpOrlandoStadium (29 October)

After bringing 20 000 people under one roof at the TicketPro Dome in 2015 for #FillUpTheDome Concert. Cassper Nyovest aims to fill the multi-purpose Orlando Stadium on 29 October which accommodates 40 000 people. The concert will see Cassper and selected artists bring fireworks performance live on stage.
DStv Delicious Food & Music Festival (8 & 9 October)
American R&B/Jazz singer โ Macy Gray is headed to Mzansi to perform at this yearโs DStv Delicious Festival.
The festival is set for two-day period on the 8 and 9 October at the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit. Macy Gray will share the stage will local acts such as; Hugh Masekela, Mi Casa, Monique Bingham, Adeva, Bucie, Kaylow, Roy Ayers, Lira, Judith Sephuma and more.
DJ Shimza’s One Man Show (25 December)

Dj Shimzaโs Annual One Man Show is a charity annual music festival that takes place on Christmas day (25 December) in Tembisa (Mehlareng Stadium), the event starts off during the day where children from homes around Tembisa are pampered with a Christmas experience then later ends with a music festival.
