Finally the wait is over! Apple is expected to unveil its next flagship handset the iPhone 7 at an event taking place in San Francisco on Wednesday, 07 September.
For those who won’t be any near San Francisco, you can simply live stream the event on Apple’s website using an Apple Mac or iOS device.
So what can we expect from the new iPhone 7?
– It is reported that the iPhone 7 will be powered by Apple’s new A10 chip offering a maximum clock speed of 2.4 GHz
– Apple is likely to abandon 16GB therefore iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus models will come in 32GB up to 256GB
– iPhone 7 is expected to release in number of colorways; gold, silver, rose gold , “space black” and “piano black”
– If indeed the rumors are true, iPhone 7 will be up to 1mm thinner and will scrap the headphone jack and introduce wireless “AirPods” earbuds
– It’s reported that the new iPhones will be water-resistant
– iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus cameras will have 12-megapixel sensors
– We will likely also find out an official release date for iOS 10
