Just months after moving the spotlight to the newly opened Mall of Africa in Joburg, now next on the spotlight is Menlyn Park Shopping Centre.
The Pretoria based Shopping Centre is currently undergoing a R2-billion redevelopment, and when it’s all done it will become the largest mall in Africa. Yes larger than Sandton City and Mall of Africa.
Owned by Pareto, the Shopping Centre is being extended by 50,000m² , regional mall will be 169,253m² in size by November 2016.
Speaking to 702, Menlyn Park General Manager – Olive Ndebele revealed that Shopping Centre will have more than 500 shops.
