Popular actress – Sonia Mbele is set to star in new locally produced telenovela ‘KEEPING SCORE’ which will debut on SABC 2 this month .
In KEEPING SCORE we see vendetta, greed and ambition unfolding through a violent corporate takeover of an all-African Sports Academy dedicated to training and uplifting young athletes by a scorned, obsessed woman, who wants to destroy the man who dumped her 25 years ago.
She is willing to do whatever it takes to get it … lie, cheat, steal ……. Kill. We see the return of some interesting faces most notably Sonia Mbele who plays the role of “Mmamosa”.
Against this backdrop of obsessive revenge their children struggle to find love, self-fulfillment and to save the Academy that Mmamosa (played by Sonia Mbele) is determined to destroy.

KEEPING SCORE premieres on Monday, 17th October 2016 at 21h30 and will air on Mondays and Tuesdays.
