Naija superstar Wizkid has been included in the prestigious Grammy Awards nominees list for his role on Drake’s 2016 album ‘VIEWS’.
The category also include Adele‘s 25, Justin Bieber‘s Purpose, Sturgill Simpson A Sailor’s Guide To Earth, and Beyonce‘s Lemonade.
Wizkid was a prominent contributor on the lead single, ‘One Dance’, where he is nominated as a guest artist and producer.
Although this award was originally presented to the artist alone, the award is now presented to the main artist, the featured artist(s), the producer, the engineer and/or mixer and the mastering engineer.
If Drake wins this one, this will see Wizkid carrying two trophies, for production and guest feature on the album.
