Well be aware that we only had to pick just 10, out of a bunch of videos. The selection below is motivated by the perfect story-telling, brilliant directing and eye-catching visuals. Before we share the list, have to applaud AmbitiouZ Entertainment’s Uncle Scrooch (Ofentse Mwase) who took over for 2016, producing brilliant work.

eMTee – We Up
The music video, presented by Uncle Scrooch (Ofentse Mwase) ; captures eMTee’s struggle on the come up when he was selling his music on the streets and ultimately his breathtaking and stunning success. The concept and story-telling is just simple , but so relevant.
Mi Casa X Eddy Kenzo Movie Star
Talk about the groovy and authentic visuals. This music video presents colorful and happy mood with Mi Casa and Eddy getting jolly with this girl who’s a movie star. The concept , location and vibe make this video a winner.
AKA – One Time
Damm, on this one AKA released a cinematic music video for his 2016 groove classic jam ‘One Time.’ Sampled from 1980 Future’s Party Weekend, the jam will be part of his upcoming album. Well-directed and clean visuals, the video shot by Studio Space Pictures at a classy mansion shows the luxury lifestyle of blessers, beautiful ladies and the good life. Special appearances we noticed on the video includes; SA actor; Mpumelelo Bhulose, Da Les, Yanga, Don Design, Bigstar Johnson, Tresor , the famously dazzling Nicole Nyaba and well known blesser; Sergio Cabonge.
The bold look and classic presentation on this music video makes it a winner.
DJ Citi Lyts – Vura Ft Sjava & Saudi
The video’s concept shows Sjava and Saudi driving around eKasi in a Vura (meaning VW VR6) accompanied by a hot lady, then later in the evening it all turns into a party. Special appearances on the video includes; Emtee, Miss Pru DJ, A-Reece and more. This is of course another presentation by Uncle Scrooch (Ofentse Mwase).
Kucheza – Mafikizolo
Simple , but yet creative, The music video shows a vibey caribbean party with special appearances by Tbo Touch, Nadia Nakai and Vuyo Dabula. The concept is a simple tropical party with eye-catching scenes.
Sjava – Ek’seni
Another presentation by Uncle Scrooch (Ofentse Mwase), on this video the story-telling is what will capture your attention. Giving it a 80s theme, the video tells a story of a family that nearly got broken after the husband was wrongfully arrested. Talk about a killer concept for such a love jam.
B3nchMarQ – All On Me
Talk about a well orchestrated and brilliantly conceptualized music video. This is another presentation by Unclescrooch (Ofentse Mwase Films) who delivers house party scenes, good vibes with B3nchMarQ boys; Tkay and PJay hosting a bunch of ladies who makes the party just lit.
There’s no way we cannot mention the crazy visuals on the video which will remind you of the most talked about #maniquechallenge….But this is certainly on another level. The boys did make it clear though, that they ‘didn’t compare it to the #MannequinChallenge.’
uSanele – Amabhodlela
Amabhodlela is one of the best music videos …This well-directed music video presents clean, colourful and cinematic visuals with appearances by Riky Rick, Mkay Frash, Okmalumkoolkat and more cooked by Director Kit and TTT Productions.
Euphonik – Don’t Wanna Be (Your Friend) ft. Mi Casa
Euphonik decided to take us back to the 80s/90s on this one. The video is simple , but you cannot ignore the summer vibe and concept presented on this video. Props to the director and theme chosen for this jam.
A-reece – Mgani
As one of his biggest records to date, the youngstar decided to bring on Natasha Thahane on the music video as a lead role.
The video tells a story of a fella who’s thankful to his bae for sticking with him through it all and creating great moments/memories together. On the video Natasha stars as A-REECE’s partner in crime. Big ups to RB Films for such a solid presentation.
