Last released back in 2000, the iconic Nokia 3310 will be re-launched at the upcoming MWC (Mobile World Congress) this February.

The Nokia 3310 was and still is one of the most popular cellphones in South Africa with a range of features, including a clock, calculator, the ability to store up to ten reminders and four games: Snake II, Pairs II, Space Impact, and Bantumi.

One cannot deny that it was very affordable, easy pocket-fit and was one of the models that gave Nokia its reputation for durable and undying phones.

HMD Global, a Finnish company that bought the rights to the name, will reveal other new mobiles – the Nokia 3, 5 and 6 at the same MWC event.

VentureBeat reports that the new Nokia mobiles will feature the following

  • The Nokia 6, a 5.5-inch 1080p device with a Snapdragon 430 SoC and 4GB of RAM.
  • The Nokia 5, which will drop to a 5.2-inch, 720p display, Snapdragon 430 SoC, and 2GB of RAM.
  • The Nokia 3, an even lower-end device.

So stay tuned right here for more details..
