HBO’s Ballers will return for third season in July.
Starring Dwayne Johnson, Ballers season 3 will bring more jam packed action and show off the lavish lifestyle, that’s what you will notice by watching the teaser Trailer….and yes Steph Curry is part of it.
The new season will make debut on Sunday, 23 July.
Set in Miami, Ballers is a half-hour dramedy centered on a group of current and former professional football players, as well as their families, friends, and handlers. The series goes beyond the game and explores not only the challenges that current players face, but also takes a behind the scenes, real look into their lives both on and off the field.
Looking at the whirlwind lifestyles and real-life problems of former and current football players, Ballers stars Johnson as ex-superstar Spencer Strasmore. who has reinvented himself as a financial manager for today’s players in sun-soaked Miami. In his new role, he tries to advise his NFL friends financially and professionally, but identifies with the trials they are going through and tries (in vain) to protect them from making the same mistakes he and his teammates made.
