Almost everyone who eats at McDonald’s is familiar with the drive-thru and surely find it more convenient.
But what if McDonald’s drives to you? Yes, you heard that right…..
McDonald’s Brazil and ad agency DPZ&T decided to build a mobile drive-thru truck that will drive to you, proving brand’s consistent accessibility.
OK, it’s essentially a food truck, which McDonald’s has been known to experiment with before. Still, it’s fun to see it tooling through town decked out like an actual drive-thru.
“It was an irreverent way of reminding everyone that there is always a drive-thru along their way, and also anywhere in Brazil,” says Sergio Mugnaini, executive creative director at DPZ&T.
Well, this will be so cool to see in South Africa and see how the market will respond the whole concept. But all in all, we really love the concept and think it’s a winner for both the consumer and the brand.
