All about the BET Awards!
Last week we saw BET already announcing Nasty C as the winner of Best International Act on their website, but later they said this was an ‘unforeseen technical issue.’
Well, Wizkid is the winner of Best International Act – Africa Award at this year’s awards. Wizkid managed to beat Davido, Mr Eazi, Tekno, Stonebwoy, Nasty C, Babes Wodumo and AKA. This is now his second BET, after scooping the same award back in 2012.
Another one to celebrate! The iconic singer – Yvonne Chaka Chaka was honoured for humanitarian work with the Global Good Award.
