Apple has officially joined Instagram. The verified @apple Instagram account will only post photos and videos that users have captured with iPhone.

To have your pics featured on the account, you have to tag them with the #ShotOnIphone hashtag. Apple also unveiled that it won’t feature product galleries, commercials, or other company marketing on the account.

So far, the account has more than 344k followers with only nine posts which are part of Apple’s “Shot on iPhone” campaign. The company recorded interviews with these photographers and is including snippets of their statements in short video clips as well.
