Former President, Barack Obama just broke a new record on Twitter.
The social networking service announced that Obama‘s 13 August tweet which quotes Nelson Mandela has become the most liked tweet of all time with 4.2 million likes (at the time of writing). He tweeted “No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin or his background or his religion.”

His tweet takes over from the previous most liked tweet from Ariana Grande which followed the bombing of her concert in Manchester, UK which left 23 people dead. This is a message which came shortly after press gathering at White House where President Trump said “many sides” were to blame for the racial violence in Charlottesville.
