Bonang Matheba’s reality show ‘Being Bonang’ has wrapped up Season 1 and she confirmed there will be no Season 2.
Bonang shared her personal daily life in 12-episodes which aired exclusively on Vuzu Amp. The show took us behind the scenes to show how Queen B* prepares for some of her biggest shows, photoshoots, sitting in meetings with her team, attending A-List events, her book launch and ofcourse the moments and partying with the SupaMega – AKA.
Unfortunately, fans won’t see more of Being Bonang; after she confirmed on Twitter that Season 2 is not in plans.
“No Season Two… But, a big THANK YOU to everyone’s who’s loved & watched my show… Means the world to me.”
She didn’t specifically say why the show is being cancelled, but we reckon it’s because of the poor viewership numbers. If you recall back in July the show failed to even make it to Dstv’s Top 30 Most-Watched Shows and same occurred when August ratings were revealed.

#BeingBonang was not a reality TV show. It was more of a documentary of her career than reality.
