KiD X returns onto the hip-hop scene with a highly awaited track Aunty featuring the talented vocalist, Chiano Sky set to cause a resurgence of the Kwaito sound.
This new single follows his earlier release Mfazi Wephepha, a well-loved Maskandi influenced single featuring Yanga and Mashayabuqe. Clarifying what genre Aunty falls in, KiD X revealed that his versatility stems from an upbringing that saw him listen to all kinds of music and informs his eclecticism when composing material. With all that blend in genres, it remains important to KiD X that his fans do not don’t forget their South African heritage.
