Dstv will soon say goodbye to VUZU AMP to replace it with a new channel.
Dstv revealed that they will replace the channel with ‘1Magic’ which will be on 103 (for DStv Premium subscribers). This is because the channel has failed to hit the nail on ratings.
The channel will become the entertainment destination of choice for audiences who enjoy gripping local dramas, telenovelas, reality shows, movies and are also looking for the best in international reality, drama and movies.
1Magic will still be serving a mix of compelling, relevant and entertaining international programmes like The Fixer, How To Get Away with Murder, The Real Housewives, Power and later on in the year, latest seasons of Ballers, Queen Sugar and Insecure.
The ‘1Magic’ channel will go live from 29 January 2018, for DStv Premium customers.
