Joe Public United announces the launch of the Joe Public School of Growth.
The agency first started with One School at a Time in 2007, the agency’s CSI programme, aiming to uplift standards within two under-resourced and disadvantaged South African schools.
Joe Public United aims to expand its growth purpose inwardly and take its education passion to the next level. The School of Growth is a separate entity that has been created to facilitate the personal and professional development of its staff, as well as its clients.
“The School of Growth shares the same vision, values, and purpose as Joe Public United. Initially, we will focus on upskilling and growing our people by fulfilling the founding purpose of our agency – with the long-term view to extending this service externally to graduates, clients, and other selected industry learners,” says Lebo Masilela, group human resources director at Joe Public United.
According to Joe Public United, the training company offers more than a selection of courses. The School of Growth is built on the understanding that industry professionals need to fully comprehend and absorb their learnings and aims to promote and enable sustained growth through ongoing coaching and assessment.
“Using coaches that are ‘Joe Publicans’, means that our people are supported by coaches who are equipped with full knowledge of the environment and culture they operate within, resulting in a fertile and holistic growth approach,” adds Masilela.
