Marvel’s Black Panther recently crossed the $1 billion mark and already a sequel is confirmed.
In a recent interview with EW, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige confirmed that ‘Black Panther’ 2 is coming, CNET reveals.

โ€œWe absolutely will do that,โ€ Feige said when asked about a Black Panther sequel.

โ€œThere have been plenty of those conversations as we were putting together the first Black Panther. We have ideas and a pretty solid direction on where we want to head with the second one,โ€ Feige said.

The film has now reached over $1 billion at the global box office. Black Panther has only been in cinemas for 26 days, and it now ranks with The Avengers, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Iron Man 3, and Captain America: Civil War.

Black Panther is now the 16th Walt Disney Studios release to gross $1 billion, and the fifth to do so in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
