Seems the fire between DJ Tira and Mampintsha is still burning hot.
Sunday Sun reports that Mampintsha turned down an opportunity to allow Babes Wodumo to perform at a festival by DJ Tira. According to the report, Mampintsha billed Tira a higher fee to have Babes Wodumo perform at the festival.
“Mampintsha did that on purpose because he’s still angry at Tira. This war between them is far from over, despite Tira trying to put aside their differences,” a source revealed to the paper.
Dj Tira did confirm this and made it clear that if the fee is unchanged they will have to go ahead without Babes’ on the lineup.
“We’re still hoping they can charge us a reasonable fee. We’d really like to have Babes as a part of Gqom In Concert, but if the current fee stands, we won’t have her as part of the concert,” Tira told Sunday Sun.
Sunday Sun reveals that Mampintsha is still holding the grudge because Babes’ dancers left for Afrotainment and Distruction Boyz dumped West Ink for Afrotainment.
