After much anticipation, REASON has released his masterpiece album ‘Azania’ which has been in the works for years.
The album comes packed with 14 new tracks including two lead singles Azania (feat. Swizz Beats, Sibongile Khumalo) and O Suna Mang Keleteng (feat. Kid X and Kwesta).
REASON decided to call on a number of guests including Una Rams, Gemini Major, Ginger Trill, pH Raw X and more.
By just tuning into the album and jamming the first few tracks, you notice that REASON went versatile when it comes to the sound of the entire album. To any listener enjoying a flavoured Hip-Hop, Kwaito sound, ‘Azania’ delivers a groovy mood filled with beautiful raps, lyrical work and input from featured guests.
The album welcomes a listener with a choral introduction from Nelisiwe Sibiya and goes on to make an opening with tracks like Nkosi Yam, Banani MaVoko,Cashless Society that proves REASON is still loaded with bars. Other tracks worth listening to on the album includes; Byela Mina (feat. pH Rawx) , 1011 (feat. The Muffinz), Home Alone (feat. Una Rams), and 4 the Kidz (feat. pH Rawx & Mr Beef).
