Uber has fired up things to help riders and drivers with queries all day.
The transport ride service has launched a 24/7 phone support for both riders and drivers. Users will be able to call the Uber support team for assistance through the app, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How it works

The new phone line is easy to use and gives you even more support when youโ€™re taking a trip. If you need to call the support line, simply:

1. Tap the ‘Menu’ button in the top left corner of your in-app screen

2. Tap the โ€˜Helpโ€™ option from the menu

3. Select โ€˜Call Supportโ€™ โ€“ this will be its own menu option

4. Youโ€™ll be connected to a member of the team

The 24/7 phone line is for both riders and drivers โ€“ it does not support Uber Eats at this time.
The phone support line is toll-free and you will not be charged for this.

This feature is currently available in South Africa and Kenya.
